Ludus Magnus is a luxury residence with a breath-taking view on the Colosseum in Rome. Situated near the homonymous archaeological excavations, the two buildings composing the Ludus Magnus Residence needed to comply with the regulations of the Institute for Cultural Heritages, thus required a careful selection of the cladding and design of the façade. Gonzato Contract has built according to purchaser’s drawing the wrought-iron railings complete with partitions, marquees for the penthouse and the gates. The metal has been galvanized and painted. Particular care has been given to the welding between the vertical and horizontal elements in order to preserve its linearity.
